Chiropractic | Healthcare Services
The Institute offers clinical chiropractic healthcare services to university staff, students and the wider community, at a reduced rate. It is located adjacent to the main University of Glamorgan campus and opposite the Treforest Railway Station.
Services Available
Chiropractic healthcare services are provided by student clinicians, completing their training fully supervised by qualified chiropractors registered by the statutory body, the General Chiropractic Council. This ensures that the training given, meets the high standards demanded under government legislation. In addition to chiropractic treatment the WIOC also offers its patients supervised rehabilitation exercise programmes and imaging facilities.
Patient Satisfaction
The clinic aims to provide the highest standard of chiropractic healthcare available form its student clinicians and qualified chiropractors. Any queries relating to patient care will be received by the Clinic Administrator who will ensure that an appropriate response is made, normally within one working week.
